Warehouse Assistant

Responsible for assisting with inbound and outbound freight, parts orders and shop maintenance to ensure a well maintained and productive work environment.

  • Process shipping and receiving orders for small packages and heavy equipment
  • Load and unload heavy equipment and materials
  • Operate fork lift to move, stack or assemble materials as needed
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of equipment, warehouse, lots, and receiving areas
  • Retain accurate records of inbound and outbound freight and materials
  • Complete accurate shipping and receiving documentation in a timely manner
  • Adhere to all shop and equipment safety rules and regulations
  • Reports to Supply Chain Manager
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year experience in warehouse or shop setting preferred
  • Valid driver’s license & good driving record
  • Valid forklift truck operator license preferred
  • Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 80 pounds

Production Technician

Responsible for auditing, inspecting and troubleshooting new equipment to ensure product quality and timely delivery.

  • Complete pre-delivery Inspections on new incoming equipment
  • Inspect parts and materials to ensure they are free of defects
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and/or technical issues
  • Perform basic maintenance to correct known defects
  • Assemble and install ad-on features and components as needed
  • Work directly with customers to help them understand various equipment features
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment audits, inspections, service and repair
  • Reports to Service Manager
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of technical experience working with mechanical systems and/or heavy machinery
  • Knowledge and familiarity with mechanical and technical systems
  • Attention to detail and enthusiasm for learning the in'’'s and out's of Terramac crawler carriers
  • Ability to adhere to all shop safety procedures
  • Willingness to work outside of office hours to meet production deadlines
