Technical Product Support Specialist
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Proactively learn and master all functions of rubber tracked carrier product line
  • Plan and conduct product trainings and education to dealers and customers
  • Successfully troubleshoot mechanical faults and provide effective diagnostic and repair solutions
  • Maintain accurate and complete work orders, job tickets, warranty records, etc
  • Effectively communicate mechanical information to sales team, dealers and customers
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Excellent mechanical skills with 5 years of experience working with heavy machinery
  • Proficiency and cognitive understanding of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems
  • Knowledge and expertise of Tier 3 and Tier 4 diesel engines and related systems
  • Travel to dealer network locations and customer job sites as required

Regional Sales Manager
Serving Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont & New York

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Offer relentless, exceptional customer service; ensuring dealer and customer needs are met personally in a timely, professional, and expert manner.
  • Contact prospective and current customers to determine how Terramac® products and services can support their business needs and growth goals.
  • Educate dealer sales personnel and customers on the Terramac® brand
  • Travel within the defined region to customer and dealer locations presenting Terramac® products and services in a professional manner.
  • Follow-up with customer inquiries and leads generated through incoming calls, advertising campaigns, website traffic, dealer contacts, and other promotional efforts.
  • Meet or exceed rubber track carrier sales projections by actively managing the assigned geographical territory, developing new customer relationships and supporting assigned Terramac® dealers.
  • Attend training activities and trade shows on behalf of the Company to present information regarding Company products, services and other relevant information.
  • Update and manage customer leads in the company's Salesforce CRM system.
  • Act as a resource to all members of the sales organization in matters of market trends, customer expectations, competitive strategies and regional pricing.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, and prior sales experience
  • Knowledge of heavy equipment sales and/or rentals
  • Professional with strong verbal and written communication as well as negotiation skills
  • Motivated self-starter with excellent time management and customer service skills
  • Experience working with regional dealers to broaden & develop new customer base
  • Valid driver’s license required and must meet insurance underwriting requirements
  • At least 40% travel is required
  • Previous experience using Salesforce CRM system a plus*
  • Massachusetts resident preferred*

  • Knowledge of heavy equipment sales and rentals
  • Professional with strong verbal and written communication as well as negotiation skills
  • Motivated self-starter with excellent time management and customer service skills
  • Experience working with regional dealers to broaden & develop new customer base
  • Valid driver’s license required and must meet insurance underwriting requirements
  • Well maintained and reliable vehicle for travel
  • At least 50% travel is required
  • Previous experience using Salesforce CRM system a plus*
  • Resident of Alberta preferred*
  • Must be eligible to work in and travel to the United States
